Victor Kee and Rosalie McCleary of Pete Anderson Realty's Astoria office strive to offer both technological advances to better reach and serve an ever-growing national, even international clientele and personal, response-orientated service to better manage the every day need for quick action on priority request. The demand for real estate in the market they serve is at an all-time high, their multi-skilled team effort is the best response to that kind of market.

        Broker Victor Kee, a life long resident of Clatsop County, is very committed to the real estate profession. He has served on many local, state and national REALTOR® committees. He is currently a certified National Association of REALTORS® Professional Stands Code of Ethics Instructor and served on the Oregon State Real Estate Board, being appointed for 3 consecutive terms by the Governor and serving as chairman for 3 years. Kee is a past president of the Oregon Certified Residential Specialist, REALTORS® Land Institute and Clatsop Association of REALTORS®. In 2008 he was awarded one of five Honorable Mention Awards by the National Association of Realtors, Realtor Magazine Good Neighbor award for his work with the Seaside Sunday Shopper and Meals-on-Wheels program, a $2,500.00 grant was given to his charity.

        Rosalie McCleary, a native Northwesterner and graduate of University of Oregon with bachelors and masters degrees, has been a licensed real estate broker and principal broker with Realty World Foghorn Realty, Windermere Cronin and Caplan Realty Group, Windermere Pacific Land Company, and RE/MAX River and Sea before joining Pete Anderson Realty.

        McCleary has been named Manager of the Year and served on many Clatsop Association of REALTOR® committees and as President in 1997. McCleary has served as President of the Clatsop Association of REALTORS® Multiple Listing Service for two terms.

        Both Kee and McCleary have been recipients of the Clatsop Association of REALTORS'® REALTOR® of the Year award. McCleary in 1995 and Kee in 1986, 1988, 2001 and 2009.
