Victor Kee has been a full-time, professional REALTOR® since 1979. A fully licensed broker, Victor specializes in homes and commercial property throughout North Clatsop County.

Awards & Honors

Victor is well-respect by both clients and peers. He is a Multi-million Dollar Sales Achiever who has been honored for his professionalism by being chosen REALTOR® of the Year in 1986m 1988 and 2000 by the Clatsop Association of REALTORS. He has served as President of the Clatsop Association of REALTORS®, the Oregon REALTORS® Land Institute and of the Oregon Certified Residential Specialists. He has also been chosen Oregon Certified Residential Specialist of the Year. On the national level, Victor has served on the National REALTOR® Land Institute Board of Governors and has received a Governor's appointment to the Oregon Real Estate Board through the year 2001.

Professional Designations

Victor believes that one of the keys to success is education. To that end, he has worked for and achieved some of the industry's most prestigious professional designations. He holds the Certified Residential Specialist designation (CRS), held by fewer than 3% of all REALTOR® nationwide and earned only after a rigorous course of study and documented experience. He is also a Graduate of the REALTOR® Institute (GRI), a Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB), a Certified New Homes Sales Professional (CSP) and Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR).

Personal Information

Victor has lived in Clatsop County all of his life and has the kind of insight and knowledge about the area that only a long-time resident can. He is a dedicated community member and is a active with the Warrenton Sunrise Rotary Club. Victor also serves on the Lewis and Clark Volunteer Fire Department Board and was a member of Clatsop County Search and Rescue for many years. Married and the father of 4, Victor also works to maintain and improve the school system in Clatsop County. He has served as a member of the Board of North Coast Community in School and Astoria School District Vision 2000 Committee.  He has for many years been involved in the Boy Scouts of America and was recognized with various local and council awards.

When not serving his clients or his community, Victor enjoys sport fishing for Salmon and Sturgeon on the Lower Columbia River.
